Bookings may be made by email/on-line, by telephone or by letter.
Bookings are held for 5 days to allow time for the booking form and deposit to arrive.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per cottage per week is required with a completed booking form to confirm reservation. Deposit payments may be made by PayPal or by cheque (payable to Mrs C M Ashley).
The balance is payable minimum six weeks before the start of your holiday (by cheque or online bank transfer or via PayPal below).
Minimum charge, or short breaks when available, is for 3 nights at 60% of the weekly rate.
Bookings by persons under 18 years of age are not accepted. The number of people staying in the cottages must not exceed the numbers stated on the booking form.
In the event of cancellation, you are liable for the full rent.
Fishing permits are charged at £50.00 per week, per rod/person.
Please note that only one rod per permit is allowed. Environment Agency Rod Licences are not included in the price of the permit to fish here. Licences can be purchased at Post Offices in England and Wales.
What a lucky find. Loved the cottage - spacious, comfortable and homey. Beautiful surroundings - so peaceful. Well equipped including all the extras - they make a big difference. Kids love it and the dog was in heaven - I could move in! Over all very thoughtfully done - we have had a lovely week - thank you.
